“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Linda Barr (IP No 14212) of French Duncan Restructuring and Debt Advisory, Aviat House, 4 Bell Drive, Hamilton Technology Park, Blantyre, G72 0FB be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
