A Petition to wind up the Company presented on 21 September 2020 by ABAX UK LIMITED of Allia Business Centre, Peterborough United Stadium, London Road, Peterborough PE2 8AN claiming to be a Creditor of the Company of 3 Homer Street, London W1H 4NP will be heard at the Manchester Business & Property Court, The Civil Justice Centre 1 Bridge Street West Manchester M60 9DJ at 10:00 am on Monday 21 December 2020 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
