A petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is situate at 145-157 St. John Street, London EC1V 4PW presented on 29 November 2018 by PHONE-PAID SERVICES AUTHORITY LIMITED of 40 Bank Street, 25th Floor, Canary Wharf, London E14 5NR claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The High Court of Justice, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 23 January 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 16:00 hours on 22 January 2019.
