Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 29 October 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Allister Manson (IP No. 23290) and Gareth David Wilcox (IP No. 21052) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 4th Floor, Euston House, 24 Eversholt Street, London, NW1 1DB be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by both or any of the Joint Liquidators."
