I, Nicholas Edward Reed (IP No. 008639) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Fourth Floor, Toronto Square, Toronto Street, Leeds, LS1 2HJ was appointed as Liquidator of the Company on 6 June 2014.

The Liquidator intends to declare a first and final dividend to the creditors of the Company who have not yet proved their debts are required, on or before 18 August 2017 to submit their proof of debt to the Liquidator at Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Fourth Floor, Toronto Square, Toronto Street, Leeds, LS1 2HJ, and, if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary.

Any creditor who has not proved their debt by the last date for proving will be excluded from the dividend which I intend to declare within the period of two months of that date.
