NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 that I intend to declare a first and final dividend to the unsecured creditors of the company within the period of two months from the last date for proving, specified below.

Creditors who have not yet done so, must, on or before 26 June 2020 (“the last date for proving”) prove their debts by delivering to the Liquidator, either by post to Stringer & Co, Rosslyn House, Romsey Road, East Wellow, Romsey, Hampshire, SO51 6BG, or by email to David@stringerandco.co.uk, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary.

Creditors who have not proved their debt by the last date for proving will be excluded from the dividend.
