At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 5 March 2021, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

That the company be wound up voluntarily.

That Neil Henry of Lines Henry Limited, 5 Tabley Court, Victoria Street, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 1EZ, who is licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association in the United Kingdom, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.

At a virtual meeting held on 5 March 2021, the appointment of Neil Henry as Liquidator was confirmed by the creditors.
