"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Milan Vuceljic (IP No. 20172) and Simon Thomas (IP No. 8920) both of Moorfields, 20 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AN be and they are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the liquidator may be exercised jointly or by either of them alone.”
