At a Special Meeting of the Members of the above named company, duly convened and held at Inducta House, Fryers Road, Bloxwich, Walsall, West Midlands, WS2 7LZ on 7 February 2020, the Resolution was duly passed that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Eileen T F Sale (IP No. 8738) of Sale Smith & Co. Limited, Inducta House, Fryers Road, Bloxwich, Walsall, West Midlands, WS2 7LZ be and was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.

Therefore, notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above named Company are required, on or before 6 March 2020 to send their names and addresses with particulars of their debts and claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to Mrs E Sale, the Liquidator of the said company and is so required by notice in writing to the said Liquidator by their solicitors or personally to come in and prove their said debts and claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
