At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 8-10 Broom Hall, Broomhall Rd, Sheffield, S10 2DR on 26 September 2019, the following resolutions were passed: 1 and 3 as Extraordinary resolutions and 2 and 4 as Ordinary resolutions.

Resolutions

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Jonathan Amor of A.M. Insolvency Limited, Mill 2 St Pegs Mill, Thornhills Beck Lane, Brighouse, HD6 4AH be appointed Liquidator of the Company" and

3. "That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the Company's assets in specie" and

4. "That the Liquidator's fees will be charged as a fixed amount of ÂŁ1,500 plus disbursements and VAT".
