At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Butcher Woods, 79 Caroline Street, Birmingham B3 1UP on 9 October 2018 at 10.00 am the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Roderick Graham Butcher (IP No. 8834) of Butcher Woods, 79 Caroline Street, Birmingham B3 1UP be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 23 October 2018 the appointment of Roderick Butcher of Butcher Woods, 79 Caroline Street, Birmingham B3 1UP and Andrew Watling of Quantuma LLP, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton SO14 2AQ as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
