"That it has been proven to the satisfaction of the meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities, continue its business, and that the company be wound up under a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation and that Michael Pallott (IP No. 023650) of Mazars LLP, 30 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AU and Rebecca Jane Dacre (IP No. 009572) of Mazars LLP, The Pinnacle, 160 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1FF being persons qualified to act as insolvency practitioners, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the company and that they be authorised to act jointly and seperately.”
