Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 15 October 2019 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntariy and that in the event of a conflict between the articles of the Company and the resolutions passed, that the articles are temporary modified as appropriate and that Peter Hall (IP No. 3966) of Peter Hall Limited, 2 Venture Road, Southampton Science Park, Chilworth, Southampton, Hampshire SO16 7NP be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the Company."
