Notice is hereby given that on 28 October 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Perth by Michael Johnson and Karen Johnson craving the Court inter alia that M J Ventilation Limited (Company number SC296981) having its Registered Office address and a place of business at Office, Candlehouse Lane, Coupar Angus, Blairgowrie, Perthshire, PH13 9DD (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime Blair Milne, Insolvency Practitioner of Campbell Dallas Limited, Titanium One, Kings Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF be appointed Provisional Liquidator of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Perth by Interlocutor of 30 October 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Perth within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; and appointed the said Blair Milne to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with inter alia the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
