At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 1 Northumberland Avenue, Trafalgar Square, London, WC2N 5BW on 12 September 2018 at 9.00 am, the following resolution was passed as a Special Resolution:

“That the Company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily pursuant to Section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986, and that Gareth Rutt Morris (IP No. 9424) and Andrew Martin Sheridan (IP No. 008839) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Kings Orchard, 1 Queen Street, Bristol, BS2 0HQ having consented to act, be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators with the power to act jointly and severally for the purpose of such winding-up including realising and distributing the Company's assets and any power conferred on them by law or by this resolution."
