“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter John Godfrey-Evans (IP No. 8794) and Dominic Dumville (IP No. 17890) both of Mercer & Hole, Silbury Court, 420 Silbury Boulevard, Central Milton Keynes, MK9 2AF be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, to act either jointly or severally.”
