“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Kienlen (IP No. 9367) and Robert Adamson (IP No. 9380) both of Armstrong Watson LLP, Third Floor, 10 South Parade, Leeds, LS1 5QS be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
