At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at 29 Deodar Road, London, SW15 2NP on 22 August 2019 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special and an Ordinary Resolution, respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Tyrone Shaun Courtman (IP No. 7237) and Matthew Ingram (IP No. 10790) both of Duff & Phelps Ltd, 35 Newhall Street, Birmingham B3 3PU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of the winding up.”

The creditors under the Deemed Consent procedure, decision date being 22 August 2019, the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Tyrone Shaun Courtman and Matthew Ingram as Joint Liquidators.
