A Petition to wind up the above named Company of 325 High Field Road, Hall Green, Birmingham, B28 0BX, presented on 13 August 2020 by CIVIL & FIBRE LTD of 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, a creditor of the Company will be heard on 13 October 2020 at 10:30am at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG (or as soon thereafter that the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 4.00pm on 12 October 2020.
