A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at 1 Edison Road, Rabans Lane Industrial Area, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire HP19 8TE presented on 28 January 2019 by HYGROMATIK GMBH whose Registered Office is at Lise-Meitner-Str 3, 24558 Henstedt-Ulzburg, Germany claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on 12 March 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours on 11 March 2019
