At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held virtually via Microsoft Teams on 11 November 2021 at 1.00 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen Michael John Berry (IP No. 9605) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 20 Chapel Street, Liverpool, L3 9AG and Colin David Wilson (IP No. 9478) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."
