A Petition to wind up the above-named company of MILLER KNIGHT ASSET HOLDINGS LIMITED (10772699) of 149-151 Sunbridge Road, Bradford BD1 2NU, 149-151 Sunbridge Road, Bradford BD1 2NU (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is letting and operating of own or leased real estate, presented on Wednesday 10 October 2018, at 10:00 by E.ON ENERGY SOLUTIONS LIMITED, of Trinity House, 2 Burton Street, Nottingham NG1 4BX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the BUSINESS & PROPERTY COURTS MANCHESTER DISTRICT REGISTRY, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 26 November 2018, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
