Notice is hereby given that on 26 August 2019 a Petition was presented at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court by Olga Duncan and Mark James Hutchison, craving the Court that Millennium Fitness Centre Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with company number SC166951 and having its registered office at 2 Newark Place, Newark Road South, Eastfield Industrial Estate, Glenrothes, KY7 4NR, be wound up by the Court and interim liquidators appointed in which Petition, by interlocutor of 26 August 2019, Sheriff Thornton appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service and in the meantime nominates and appoints Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Alistair McAlinden of KPMG LLP to be provisional liquidators all of which notice is hereby given.
