Notice is hereby given, pursuant Section 100 of the insolvency Act 1986; rule 6.14 and rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the director(s), of the Company are convening a virtual meeting of the creditors to be held on:

Date: Friday 12 October 2018 ("the Decision Date")

Time: 12 Noon

For the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator(s).

At the meeting, creditors may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting of creditors, and may be requested to consider a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator(s) is to be remunerated.

In order to gain access to virtual meeting, creditors should call +44(0) 845 260 0101 prior to 12 Noon on the Decision Date.

Once connected, creditor should quote reference no: M1025. To be provided with both conference number and participants' pin for the virtual meeting.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to Frost Group Limited, Airport House, Purley Way, Croydon CR0 0XZ by 16:00 on the business day before the meeting.

The convenor of the meeting is Malcolm Matthew John, Director.

Nominated Joint Liquidators: Jeremy Charles Frost (IP No: 9091) and Stephen Patrick Jens Wadsted (IP No: 6064) both of Frost Group Limited, Airport House, Purley Way, Croydon CR0 0XZ are qualified to act as Insolvency Practitioners in relation to the Company and will, during the period before the day of the meeting, furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the Company's affairs as they may reasonably require.
