NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was presented by Driftwood Investments Limited, a company incorporated in Scotland (company number SC476060) and having its registered office at PMC House, Little Square, Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire, AB51 0AY on 2 February 2021 craving the Court of Session inter alia to order that MILL PARK GROUNDS MAINTENANCE LTD. (company number SC271418), having its registered office at Unit 9/10 Blackburn Industrial Estate, Kinellar, Aberdeen, AB21 0RX be wound up by the Court and to appoint Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition Lord Clark at the Court of Session by Interlocutor dated 3 February 2021 ordained any parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the Court of Session within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement and meantime appointed Paul Dounis, Insolvency Practitioner, of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, First Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QG and Gareth Harris, Insolvency Practitioner, of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Fifth Floor, Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said Company until Interim Liquidators of the said Company are appointed or the said Petition is dismissed. .
