"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Reynolds (IP No. 008838) of Valentine & Co, Galley House, Moon Lane, Barnet, EN5 5YL and Adam Harris (IP No. 015454) of Mazars, Tower Bridge House, St Katharine's Way, London, E1W 1DD be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up."
