At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 20 Mill Road, Sharnbrook, Bedford, MK44 1NX on 21 December 2021 at 9.45 am, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Marco Piacquadio (IP No. 19910) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Studio L2A, 294 Witan Studios, Witan Gate, Milton Keynes, MK9 1EJ and Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be and are hereby authorised to distribute, amongst the shareholders, in specie all or any part of the assets of the Company."
