At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Wilkin Chapman Business Solutions Limited, 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR on 3 October 2019 at 10.30 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) of Wilkin Chapman Business Solutions Ltd, 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR and John Paul Sugden (IP No. 8064) of Auker Rhodes Accounting, Devonshire House, 32-34 North Parade, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD1 3HZ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such winding up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by all or any one of them.”
