Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 7 March 2022, as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

That the company be wound up voluntarily;

That Richard Warwick and Timothy Close of Milsted Langdon LLP, Winchester House, Deane Gate Avenue, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 2UH be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up; and

That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Joint Liquidator may be done by all or any of the persons for the time being holding such office.
