At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 19 Great Meadow Way, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP19 7GF on 19 February 2020 at 6.00 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Elliott (IP No. 8595) of CVR Global LLP, Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, ME5 9FD and Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) of CVR Global LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
