At a GENERAL MEETING of the Company, duly convened and held at 570-572 Etruria Rd, Newcastle, Staffs, ST5 0SU, on 11 April 2017, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Christopher Knott and Philip B Wood of Barringtons Corporate Recovery, 570-572 Etruria Road, Newcastle, Staffordshire, ST5 0SU, be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators of the Company and that the liquidators be authorised to act joint and severally in the liquidation for the purposes of such winding up.”
