"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Upton (IP No. 9594) and David Scrivener (IP No. 15690) both of Ensors Accountants LLP, The Platinum Building, St John’s Innovation Park, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0DS be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up. Where applicable, any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Joint Liquidator may be done by all or any of the persons for the time being holding such office."
