At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Best Western Plus Stoke-on-Trent, Etruria Hall, Festival Way, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST1 5BQ on 31 March 2016 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Allan Christopher Cadman and Stephen James Wainwright, both of Poppleton & Appleby, 16 Oxford Court, Bishopsgate, Manchester M2 3WQ, (IP No: 9522 and 5306) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of Liquidator from time to time.”
