At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Saint & Co., Sterling House, Wavell Drive, Rosehill, Carlisle, CA1 2SA on Monday 25th November 2019 at 10.45am the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lindsay Farrer (IP No 9487) and of Saint & Co., Sterling House, Wavell Drive, Rosehill, Carlisle, CA1 2SA be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
