Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 4 July 2019, as a special and ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Siann Huntley (IP No. 19130) and Andrew Beckingham (IP No. 8683) both of Leonard Curtis, 2nd Floor, 40 Queen Square, Bristol, BS1 4QP be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of such voluntary winding up of the Company and the Liquidators are authorised to act jointly and severally."
