NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.19 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, that on 10 April 2018, I Brian Milne, French Duncan LLP, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow, G3 8HB was appointed Liquidator of MHL Civil Engineering Limited by resolution of a Meeting of Creditors pursuant to Section 138(4) of the Insolvency Act 1986.

The meeting resolved to form a liquidation committee.

All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with me.
