At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company duly convened and held at the offices of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 4th Floor, Cathedral Buildings, Dean Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 1PG, on 25 October 2021, the following special and ordinary resolutions were duly passed:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Little and Gillian Margaret Sayburn of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 4th Floor, Cathedral Buildings, Dean Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 1PG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 8 November 2021 the appointment of Andrew Little and Gillian Margaret Sayburn was not confirmed, and Keith Algie (IP No. 14090) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3HF and Mark Wilson (IP No. 008612) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 25 Farringdon Street, London, EC4A 4AB were appointed as Joint Liquidators.
