At a general meeting of the above named Partnership, duly convened and held at Vernon House, 23 Sicilian Avenue, London, WC1A 2QS on 31 March 2016 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Partnership be wound up voluntarily and that Sean Bucknall and Andrew Hosking, both of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton BN1 4EA, (IP Nos. 18030 and 9009) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, and are to act jointly and severally.” At a subsequent meeting of creditors, duly convened pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and held on the same day, the appointment of Sean Bucknall and Andrew Hosking was confirmed.
