A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Mhak Management Limited (08615641) of Unit 1, Bellflower Crescent, Bury St. Edmunds IP28 8XQ, previously of 133 Stoke Newington High Street, London N16 0PH, Unit 1, Bellflower Crescent, Bury St. Edmunds IP28 8XQ (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Retail sale in non-specialised stores with food, beverages or tobacco predominating, presented on Wednesday 29 August 2018, at 10:00 by E.ON ENERGY SOLUTIONS LIMITED, of Unit 1, Bellflower Crescent, Bury St. Edmunds IP28 8XQ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Manchester , 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 29 October 2018, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
