NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that the final meeting of members of the above named Company will be held at Rachel Fowler Advisory Ltd, 101 F&G Main Street, Moira, BT67 0LH and via Teams Video Conferencing on 19 July 2022 at 11 am, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and to hear any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.

A member entitled to vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy, who need not be a member, to attend and vote instead. Proxies must be lodged at the address given above by not later than 12.00 pm on 18 July 2022.

I confirm that all known creditors have been paid in full.
