“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon James Bonney (IP No. 009379) and Michael Kiely (IP No. 9617) both of Quantuma LLP, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
