Notice is hereby given that creditors of the Company are required, on or before 17 December 2020, to prove their debts by delivering a statement of claim and documentary evidence of debt (in the format specified in Rule 7.16 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 2018) to the Liquidator, Mark Goldstein (IP No. 6880) of Savants Restructuring Limited, Robert Denholm House, Bletchingley Road, Surrey, RH1 4HW.

If so required by notice from the Liquidator, creditors must produce any document or other evidence which the Liquidator considers is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim.
