The following written resolutions were passed on 13 July 2021 as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Asher Miller (IP No. 9251) and Stephen Katz (IP No. 8681) both of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, Finchley, London N12 8LY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up, and any act required or authorised under enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time."
