A Petition to wind up the above-named company of METROCAD (UK) LTD (07514197) of THE STUDIO @, Celyn House Top Road, Acton Trussell, Stafford, Staffordshire, ST17 0RQ (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Engineering Design and other Engineering activities, presented on Wednesday 2 October 2019, by MANCHESTER METROLOGY LIMITED, of Unit 3 The Wellington Centre, Whitelands Road, Ashton-Under-Lyne, OL6 6UY claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the County Court at Stafford, Victoria Square, Stafford, ST16 2QQ on Wednesday 13 November 2019, at 12:00 Noon (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
