At a meeting of the above named company duly convened and held on 06 September 2021, the following resolutions were passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities, continue its business, and that the company be wound up the under a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation.”

“That Helen Whitehouse and Simon Thomas Barriball of McAlister & Co Insolvency Practitioners Limited, 10 St Helen’s Road, Swansea, SA1 4AW be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the company and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately.”

The appointment of Helen Whitehouse and Simon Thomas Barriball as joint liquidators was confirmed by a deemed consent process which was completed on 06 September 2021.
