A Petition to wind up the above-named Company (registered no 10113592) of Regency House, 45-53 Chorley New Road, Bolton, BL1 4QR presented on 21 June 2019 by CIRCLE LEASING LIMITED of The Barracks, 400 Bolton Road, Bury, Lancashire, BL8 2DA (the Petitioner) claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Business and Property Courts in Leeds, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 3BG
