A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Merrybower Investments Ltd (05869214) of B Olsberg & Co, Room 9, Enterprise House, 3 Middleton Road, Manchester M8 5DT, whose nature of business is Development of building projects, presented on Wednesday 12 February 2020, at 12:00 by NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL, of Municipal Offices, Town Hall Square, Grimsby DN31 1HU claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 01 April 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
