A Petition to wind up the above-named company of MERLINBRIGHT LIMITED (10170191) of Meadowcroft House, 182 Balcombe Road, Horley RH6 9ER, whose nature of business is development of building projects , presented on Monday 23 March 2020, at 10:30 by HAYS SPECIALIST RECRUITMENT LTD T/A HAYS CONSTRUCTION & PROPERTY , of 250 Euston Road, London NW1 2AF claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice , Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 01 July 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
