"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Rebecca Jane Dacre (IP No. 009572) and Simon David Chandler (IP No. 008822) both of Mazars LLP, The Pinnacle, 160 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1FF, be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company or the purposes of the voluntary winding up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
