“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Dominic Paul Dumville (IP No. 17890) and Henry Nicholas Page (IP No. 12250) both of Mercer & Hole, 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Companies, to act jointly or severally."
